Luxury accommodations should be just that – luxuriously accommodating. The spacious lodge known as Avery’s fills the bill handsomely, beginning with the ample paved parking and a huge covered entrance portico.

Even before stepping into the lodge, you will realize that you have arrived at a very special place!

Just inside the wide entrance hallway, the glass and beam walled main living area offers warmth from the gas log fireplace, comfort on three large distressed leather sofas, and entertainment on the 42” flat screen TV / DVD.

Off the living area to the left the heavy American oak dining table seating 12 offers a beautiful view of the Smoky Mountain scenery. The adjoining kitchen seats an additional
4 more guests at the granite counter top island, and is complete with Maytag and Hamilton Beach appliances.

For the fun and relaxation you came for, the main floor deck features an eight person hot tub overlooking the forest and mountains beyond. There’s also an iron picnic table, pub table, and Char-Broil gas grill.

Convenience abounds at Avery’s, including a huge utility room between the kitchen and entrance hallway. The Maytag washer and dryer are placed for the ultimate ease of caring for your guests.

To the right of the massive cathedral vaulted living area is the main floor king bedroom suite in English oak. The nine drawer chest is accented by two matching end chests and lamps, a 20” flat screen TV / DVD, and distressed leather easy chair. You may “retreat from your retreat” into the privacy of the king bath, with shower and whirlpool tub.


Upstairs, few lodges offers what Avery’s does in its cathedral lofted games area. Viewing the 37”flat screen TV / DVD is superbly comfortable from the wrap around sectional microfiber sofa, and two more distressed leather queen sleeper sofas flank the billiards table itself. This is the sort of luxurious game room accommodations you were hoping for!

Upstairs are also the remaining four king bedroom suites, each with private baths with Shower tubs, oak dressers with matching end chests and lamps, and 20” flat screen TV / DVD.

From start to finish, everyone coming to Avery’s will be pleased with the graciously accommodating lodge, nestled in the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains.

• Shopping for your groceries prior to your arrival. All you do is supply us with a list and we will pick up the basics for you!

• Purchasing show tickets of your choice in advance so you need not wait in line. Just let us know when and where you would like to go and we will have the tickets ready for you when you arrive.

• Limo or van services for airport arrivals, we will also help you with rental car reservations so your car is waiting in your cabin or lodges driveway when you arrive.

• 24 hour on call concierge service to help you with last minute issues like area attractions and maps.
