crowded in a city neighborhood. The forested cul de sac
where Honey Bear awaits
is perfectly convenient to town, being only 15 minutes from
the main parkway in Pigeon Forge, yet gives our guests the
ultimate experience in quiet mountain lodging.
Huge multi level decks look out over the gorgeous, forested
mountains, rather than
crowded city streets. The sounds you hear are those of the
wind, not of traffic.
Honey Bear, despite its quiet setting, offers paved access
and and paved parking, as well
as requiring only 4 steps to arrive at the main level of
your perfect vacation home.
“Wow!” – is your reaction upon entering this log lodge. With
open beam cathedral log ceilings and a huge stone fireplace,
Honey Bear truly shines as an upscale log vacation home. The
kitchen, conveniently on the right from the main entrance,
is perfect for dropping of groceries. The dining table seats
6, and the very plush microfiber sofa and easy chair make
relaxing a favorite pastime. The sofa is a queen sleeper,
adding to the sleeping capacity of the lodge.
Talk about relaxing ! The large hot tub bubbling out on the
main deck looks out over
the unspoiled Smoky Mountain forest, and is accompanied by
comfortable wrought iron
patio furniture on the main deck, as well as a picnic table,
deck swing, and rocking chairs
on the lower deck.
The main floor queen bedroom also has its own private bath,
and a view overlooking the main deck and the mountains.
Upstairs, the queen bedroom with private bath has a spacious
feel, with cathedral ceilings and a view over the mountains.
Downstairs, the third queen bedroom sits across from the
game room, and also has its own private view overlooking the
lower deck and the mountains.
But the big story on the lower level is the spacious game
room, with a billiards table and a foosball table, as well
as 4 comfortable captain’s chairs and a glass wall
overlooking the Smokies forest.
From every room, Honey Bear shows off the Great Smokies and
provides all the comforts of home for you and your special
guests.
