is a four level 5500 square foot lodge with 5 master
suites, each with their own bathroom, large Jacuzzi tub
and private balcony.
The entry of Big Pine
Lodge is an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, a
long table for everyone to enjoy a meal around, and a
warm and inviting living room with a stacked stone
fireplace and large PLASMA TV. Once you’re inside you’ll
be astounded by the floor to ceiling windows and the
SPECTACULAR VIEW of our beautiful mountains. The main
level features two of the 5 master suites, each with a
log KING BED, private Jacuzzi tub, bathroom and balcony.
Move upstairs and you’ll
find a game room with a huge vaulted ceiling. The game
room features a 7 foot POOL TABLE, a full size ARCADE
GAME with 4 classic arcade games, and a second Living
Room with a second stacked stone fireplace, Plasma TV
and Theatre Style chair seating. Off the game room is a
separate full bath and two additional master suites with
private baths, balconies and Jacuzzi tubs.
The top level is open with
two lofts, one side is a bedroom with two queen beds,
and the other is a sitting area with an AIR HOCKEY and
FOOSBALL game. The two lofts are connected by an
impressive catwalk which spans across the game room
area. All four corners of the roof feature a separate
dormer full of windows, and elegant exposed beams.
The bottom level of the
home is a masterpiece of entertainment. You’ll walk into
your own luxurious MOVIE THEATRE! The theatre seats 10
on rich black leather couches and a recliner. The
seating is stadium style, so everyone has a great view.
The screen is immense with top quality projection and
state of the art 7 speaker surround sound. Other
features of the lower level include a master suite with
a shared bath to the theatre, a full size washer and
dryer in the separate laundry room, and a GYM! The gym
features a stand alone workout machine, treadmill, and
bike. The deck off the gym area houses the large HOT
TUB.
